Is a candidate account free?
Yes. ATSAI does not charge candidates registration, application, or placement fees. Create an account at /candidate/signup and sign in at /candidate/login.

Where do I apply for a job?
Open the job details and choose Apply for this role. ATSAI applications use your candidate account and appear in your dashboard. An external employer link takes you to that employer’s own application process.
Can I upload a resume?
Yes. Import a text-based PDF or Word file in your profile, review the detected details and save. Uploaded files are private and become available to the hiring team through your application. Scanned PDFs need OCR first.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Saved forms and applications show a reference on screen. Application status and interview updates appear in your dashboard and are queued for email when the email service is configured. Check the dashboard for the latest recorded status. Contact-form confirmations and password-reset emails are not enabled.
How can I contact the team?
Use the Contact form, which saves your message to the team’s inbox, or email support@atsai.pro from your email app. Keep your on-screen request reference for follow-up.
How can employers request talent?
Create a company workspace at /employer/signup. Publish jobs, review applicants, record hiring stages, schedule interviews and invite recruiters. Company records are isolated from other companies.
How do I check a recruiter?
Use /verify-recruiter with the exact work email or ID. Only owner-approved active directory entries are returned. A matching entry does not establish who sent a message; confirm through the listed work email.
How do I request changes to my data?
You can edit your candidate profile directly. For access, correction, or deletion requests, use /privacy-request. The team may need to confirm your identity before taking action.
